Can't talk to an actual person, or via email, or via the internet. On February 14, 2020 I paid for a one year subscription. First, they never scanned my computer as their program said they did, and four months later, as of today 6/6/2020. I found many things that needed correcting, so I said claen it all up, and yes they said they would, for another year or two subscription. Of course there was no way to communicate with these clowns, and I am forever done, yet they have my money that was suppose to be good for the yearly. If these incompetents can't even have my billing in their system, a simple task, god knows if my laptop is secure. BEWARE CONSUMER for it is all about $$$$$$, and not backing their inoperative programs.
