In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (gather it right after inducing issue) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

sorry to report back but no luck. The computer is only web protected. nothing else

i have been having problems with installing avg 14 to the extent I paid for the upgrade and the problem has not gone away. It got to the point whereAVG blocked any communication through the internet, although the computer showed that there was a connection.
My frustration got so bad I took the thing into the local repair centre and have just got it back. Now the computer can communicate and AVG is installed BUT I only have "Web" protection. I do not have;- computer, mail nor identity.
I have gone through the selfhelp and downloaded and run the remover tool but to no avail.
Please help. I'm now desperate
