May I know the operating system of your PC?
Please let us know the version of the AVG AntiVirus FREE/AVG Internet Security. To check that, Open the AVG AntiVirus FREE/AVG Internet Security > Menu > About.
Also, please let us know whether any other antivirus program is installed on your PC.

My daily deep scan run for ~3 hrs with not infections found, however the scan history indicates that the scan was not complete. Any thoughts as to what is happening?
