Incorrect billing of Tune Up product

I took a 30 day free trial of the Tune-Up product.
I received an eMail saying I had until the 9th of June 2021 to cancel the subscription.
I attempted this and was given no opportunity to cancel it.
I have the screenshots from the AVG website to prove this.
I have been back on the AVG website and can find no way of contacting AVG to correct this situation.
Can anyone help me with this?
