Incorrect charge for services

On checking your account, we could see that you have been charged $79.99 for the auto renewal of AVG Secure VPN Multi-device on 10/6/19.

We are unable to find any records that you have cancelled the auto renewal.

We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

Information about your subscription, including instructions on how to unsubscribe from future renewals, are included in all order confirmation emails. We also send a notice by email before the charge takes place (except for monthly subscriptions). When your subscription is extended, we send an additional order confirmation email.This also contained information on how to unsubscribe.

Unfortunately, this order is not eligible for refund.

On my October credit card statement I have been charged incorrectly for $79.99. My records show that on 4/2/2019 I canceled my service with AVG. How can I obtain credit back on my credit card?
