Incorrect charge

You have two license for AVG Antivirus and one of which was renewed on 17th September 2018.
Since auto renewal was enabled for the initial purchase, charge was taken automatically for the renewal.
There is a refund ticket submitted, but you have mentioned the order number for the other license which is not eligible for refund as it doesn't come under 30 day refund policy. The charge was taken for that license on 28th April 2018.
Do you wish to get refund for the recent charge or merge both the license to one and keep using the subscription?
You also have AVG PC TuneUp license valid till 8th June 2019.
Let us know whether you would like to keep using the product or cancel the auto renewal for the license which is not eligible for refund?

Two months ago I closed my AVG account, however, on 9/17/2018, I was once again charged $64.95.
Refund this to my account, and DO NOT RECHARGE my account.
