Incorrect charge

Hi 
I was charged $85.29 after a trial version for a subscription expired. Unfortunately I couldn't cancel the subscription before the trial period ended because it didn't appear on my subscriptions page online. It still doesn't appear even after I have been charged.

Please cancel the subscription since I have no way to access it myself and reverse the charge on my credit card. Please email me in case of additional questions
