Incorrect code on valid AVG license entry

I bought an activation code of PC Tuneup from a vendor last December 2019. I entered the code to my previous computer's PC tuneup and the code works and it was activated. Now, I changed my computer to a laptop, I am trying to activate my PC tuneup using the same code and it says "incorrect code. please try again or sign in with your AVG account". I already uninstalled the PC tuneup on my previous PC. Is there a solution to this? Thank you in advance
