op 4 maart 2019 heb ik het 1-jarige AVG virusscanner pakket gekocht en betaald. Tot mijn verbazing ontving de aankondiging dat er een bedrag van €79,99 van mijn credit card wordt afgeschreven voor wederom een 1-jarig abonnement. Dit heb ik niet aangevraagd en ook het onderhavig abonnement niet verlengd. Ik verzoek u dringend het bedrag terug te storten. Een bevestiging hierbij zie ik graag per omgaande tegemoet.
