Incorrect Free Gift by email

I was sent a free 3 Month, 1 Device AVG Tune Up by email from AVG however I got Internet Security instead. Despite signing up for Expert Advice I could not contact AVG and just go round in circles using their Support Center Infromation. Where do I go to get some actual help.
