Incorrect invoice

Thank you for your email directing me to AVG support just to find answer that you have sent an email answering my questions. I have NOT received any email outlining how I have been invoiced for 10 devices. My request is to please clearly outline each device I am being charged for.(considering I only have one outside of an iPhone which I never linked to AVG) how you consider it appropriate to automatically debit my account when I cancelled the automatic subscription in Oct 2018 because of another unauthorized debit from my account. I would prefer to be invoiced and many the payment myself. I went into your page to cancel my subscription but perhaps you should have a good look of the choices you give. Tho would have to describe your system almost akin to sharp practice .  I would like to get a correct invoice sent to me so I can consider my options and would like to reiterate they you HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO DEBIT MY ACCOUN
