Incorrect invoice

I have just received an invoice for an AVG subscription (

). I already have a subscription for multiple devices in force, expiring in Jul 2024. You have invoiced me incorrectly for a second subscription for a single service, and it appears that for some time I have been paying twice for the same product. For much of each year, I have been paying twice.Do NOT take another subscription in respect of this invoice from my credit card.
I believe the error occurred when, at your suggestion, I upgraded to VPN for multiple devices. I did so, but you kept the original agreement in force without cancelling it.
I would also be most grateful  also if I could get a refund for the times when I have been paying twice for the same product, I would accept a credit note. David Palmer
