Incorrect renewal dates on existing (then) subscriptions & more

Dear Sir/Madam
I have been very patient about this stuff up but will repeat the errors one more time.
Renewed subscriptions on 9 March for (1)Internet Security, expiry date 15 March and (2)Tune Up expiry date 28 March. Money taken 9 March but both expiry dates wrongly entered as 9 March. Repeated requests to correct dates errors ignored. Now find on invoice "Next 'charge'? date (1) as 29 Feb 2024 when should be 16 March 2024 and (2) as 22 Feb 2023 when should be 29 March 2023!. For the last time please correct these dates errors within three days otherwise I will be forced to report this suspicious business practice to the British Trading Standards Authority .
