Incorrect subscription renewal request

Hello Richard,

I understand your concern on this renewal.

I see that you have an active subscription for AVG Ultimate valid till 5/18/2018 registered under your email address r.atkins@xxxxxxx.

I have sent you an email, please reply to that email with your old email address. We will check the same and assist you further.

I received an email today to my current email address of r.atkins@???.co.uk saying my subscription expires in 59 days. This is incorrect. It expires on 11/08/2019 (correct information shown on AVG panel). 

I received the same email to my former email address of richard@???.co.uk. 

We have had problems in the past because of the transition from the old email address to the new one. How can I get this tidied up at AVG?
