It seems that last year you purchased AVG with the discount price.
When you initially purchased the product, you received 57% discount and agreed that your subscription would continue for successive renewal terms equal in length to your initial license term, at the undiscounted price in effect at renewal.
Information about price increase was included in the renewal notification email that was sent 30 days before the charge took place.
I have cancelled the automatic renewal, you will not be charged by AVG again automatically.

why is the renewal cost 79.00…it was 29.00 last year…avg does NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO CHARGE THE ACCOUNT I USED LAST YEAR FOR THE RENEWAL…how can i stop this charge from going through without my permission
