Incredimail and IDP ALEXA

I don't have email because AVG deleted it!!!

Incredimail will now not open is this being blocked by AVG.

When I download latest version of Incredimail 2.5 AVG delets it as a virus IDP ALEXA

I have put Incredimail 2.5 in the exceptions and it has worked.

Thank you for your reply, I added IDP.ALEXA.51 to the exceptions and this seems to have sorted it out.

Is this a safe option to take?

I have AVG Internet Security which does not expire until August 2016

I have deleted Incredmail 2.5 which is causing the problem and reloaded Incredimail 2.0 which runs okay.

i would prefer to have version 2.5 but AVG sees IncMail.exe as a threat and disables the program.

Can you please send me a link that will overcome the problem.
