Hi Tim,
In order to analyze it please provide us with GMER and AVG scan result export.

I scanned my Win 7 computer  with AVG,.  Results were 8 infections, 4 of which were deleted, but 4 show infection of my computer.  When I click the 'remove all unhealed', nothing happens. 

These are the unhealed:

How do I get rid of the unhealed??
