Initiating AVG Tuneup

Back in August I paid your subscription for the AVG TuneUp. When attempting to initiating the Tuneup I kept receiving messages saying that we were low on space which we eventually got corrected. Unfortunately we then went on holiday to France, I went into hospital for an operation then we were away again. I now am having difficulty in initiating the Tuneup and was wondering why. Have we 'timed out' or is there some other problem? Can you please resolve.
