I'm sorry to hear that you have received this virus detection message. Please let us know if you have installed any other(third party) protection/security program (control panel > program and features) on your computer (like Avast, Norton, McAfee etc). If yes, then please uninstall them because the virus detection might be because of two antiviruses conflict. Also I request you to send us a screenshot of the virus detection page to assist you better. Got this today on my desktop. I have paid subscriptions for AVG for the desktop and my laptop.
Desktop AVG found this virus today but cannot remove it. Anyone know how to remove it?
What the heck are we paying AVG for, if the software can't do it?
