AVG scan has come up with this threat above which cannot be resolved. Can you advise how I can deal with it?

Sally, thank you for providing the screenshot. I would request you to go to that location where the program "Inline" is located and delete the program. After deleting the traces please scan your computer once and check it.
Also, please clear the temp files before scanning your PC. To remove temp files
Go to " Run window" (press windows key and R key simultaneously) and type the following comments to delete the folders.
1. Type “Temp” and press enter, remove all the files.
2. “%temp%” and remove all the files.
