Hi guys. I state that I do not speak much english, but, you know, I try. Like the installation of Internet Security. I tried much much times[ I used AVG Remover, AVG Reset Access] but nothing worked. the problem is simple:
An unknown error prevented Installation
Error code: code: 0x80010299
I have a Computer with Windows 64 bit.

We regret the inconvenience caused. We would request you to remove previously installed program traces of (AVG 2015 or AVG 2014)from your system using AVG Remover tool and then try to reinstall AVG Internet Security for unlimited devices.
Note: If you have installed any other conflicting programs like AVAST, NORTON, McAfee or KASPERSKY try to uninstall it.
Once you have uninstalled from your system,try to follow the steps which mentioned below.
Remover and Download:
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-reinstall-AVG
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
It continue not working. I did all the passesages but nothing, again, seems changed. Now I really don't know what to do.

The installation of firewall component fails with 0x80010299 error code. The Firewall traces may still left on your registry may cause this problem.
We can resolve this issue by uninstalling AVG in safe mode. Please reboot your device http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode in safe mode and refer this article to uninstall http://avgclick.me/UninstallAVGAV your AVG program. Kindly download your AVG remover and run it, then go to C: -> AVG Remover -> Bin -> avgfmwremover.exe (do not restart your device if prompted), then run avgremover.exe (it will automatically reboots your device).
