During an instalation there is a problem: Incompatibility of old program. How to solve it without loosing all programs already paid?

From your description, it seems that there is an older version of PC TuneUp installed on your computer.
To ensure this : Go to control panel - Programs - Programs & Features - Check if AVG PC TuneUp is listed - If listed, please let us know the version (would be listed beside PC TuneUp).
Also, share us the screenshot of the message that you receive & let us know from where you're attempting to download/install TuneUp.
