I uninstalled AVG free using control panel. I inserted and Ulimate installation disk (I just purchased) and tried to install. I do not know what is going on but the installation did not work. There might be information on the computer re free installation although I run uninstall from control panel for each of the AVG items I found. There may be prior information left on the computer that uninstall did not clear.
I have no idea how to fully install the AVG Ultimate following the guide book that came with the purchase. What should I do to accomplish this? Please provide step by step instructions for how to fully install the AVG Ultimate since the book is not working.
