I understand how this must be upsetting.
I couldn't find any case history on the email address that you provided for creating AVG community account.
If you have the escalated case reference with you, do provide it here.
Can anyone direct me to someone from AVG to return a phone call about an escalated case. A phone number preferably from someone speaking English. My case has been escalated several times and have waited over 30 days (since October 13) to get help. So far emails asking for 10 days.

I guess I should not worry about a company that cannot at least get a call from
