Thank you for providing screenshot. Are you connected to internet in your Android device via Wifi? If so, please try to turn on normal internet connection in your android device and activate AVG Antivirus as per the steps mentioned here . If there is any issue, please click on this link: https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form?l=&retUrl=support_sales . Select "YES" option for the question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" and the operating system as "ANDROID". Fill in the details and click on the option "Request answer via email". Once your request is submitted you will be get prompt answer via email from our mobile support team.

Hello everyone. I install AVG on my cell phone and when I want to do the UPGRADE it tells me that there is no connection and it does not leave me. I can access my account or the cell phone says I'm connected to my account but I can not update it. Can someone help me. Thank you.
