I have a AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) subscription. While trying to activate AVG on a second computer I am told that, under my account, I have no subscription. Logging into my account via a browser on PC #1, I am given the same information. But that is not correct! Digital River debited my account on 8 June 2021.
Please advise and also tell me step-by-step how to activate AVG on other computers.
