We realize this must be upsetting. Let us work together and fix this.
It looks like the activation has to be done for your AVG program.
Before that, do you still have AVG Zen interface installed?
Could you provide the screenshot of AVG Internet Security and PC TuneUp interface here?

After spending time to install some AVG products on a remote laptop connected by a home wifi system using the ZEN program and being unsuccessful, (even watched a you tube session), I called the Tech Support line. The Technician advised that ZEN was no longer being used.(Very frustrating) He then advised that since all the programs I wanted to add to the lap top were valid and paid for through 2020, all I had to do was visit Install AVG on your PC, Mac | AVG installation files on the lap top, look for the "paid up" click on it and the files would be downloaded. I went through that exercise only to get a screen on each telling me that I could get a free copy for a period of time or pay for the version requested…ALSO VERY FRUSTRATING!!! It appears that the AVG folks are nor paying attention. I am also one of the customers who keep receiving messages to "RENEW NOW - or - RENEW EARLY…when I have one to two years remaining on contracts…Question: What is the most efficient way to install AVG programs already paid for and located on my desk top to a lap top on my home wifi system???
