I am unable to install AVG Protection onto my hard drive.  I have loaded the program, set up my AVG account and AVG indicates that the program has been activated.  However, it is not on my computer.  All AVG wants is for me to do a upgraded download which I do not want to do. 
How do you install AVG software from a CD that has already been activated?
