Install AVG Tuneup(Multi-Device)

I have become very frustrated and decided to start over.  I have just renewed my AVG TuneUp(MultiDevice) on Novemeber1, 2020.  Order number 84763533700.  I have it on my laptop, but cannot put ot on my Desktop computer.  I have a  Dell PC with Windows 10.  I did not received any pproduct activation code.  There must be an easy solution to this.

I still have not been abloe to install AVG Tuneup (Multi-Device) on my desk top.  I huse a PC system.  Whenever I try to downlod the softwre, I end up being asked to pay $49 again.  I still need help and must not be doig something correctly…

I have paid $49.00 to have AVG Tuneup(Multi-Device) on both of my computers.  I have it on my lap computer, but cannot get it installed on my desktop.  My account #691856xxxxx.  What can I do t fix the problem

I regret for the inconvenience in installing AVG TuneUp.

Does it prompt any error message when installing the program?

If yes, share us the screenshot of it.

Paul, it looks like you did not activate the product post installation.
