Installer is made from different parts this may be issue, please send us diagnostic outout using this tool (http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe) to analyze it.

Tried different. Does not matter. Currently avg_avct_x86_all_2014_4355a7262.exe. 146Gb.
The problem appears already directly after unpacking at the moment of installation.

Unfortunatelly it was not possible to install "Windows Installer Redistributables" which are nesseary, linked tool install them differently.
