I have been a customer for several years, I automatically renew each year. I renewed in Nov. 2017 I haven't been able to install my new software I have an invoice where I was charged on my credit card. I have emails telling me to install I have tried and I get an error code that it will not download or that it has been downloaded. I assumed everything was fine but I no longer have an icon or file showing it's downloaded. I believe the free trial downloaded and now it's telling me I need to renew which I already have.
