Install on another computer

Hi Michael, I have sent email to reset your AVG My account password, could you please click that email and reset the password. Please let us know if you are able to login to your my account.

Purchased AVG ultimate, which allows me to install on all of our computers and devices.  Trying to install AVG on our new computer, but it is not recognizing my password when I try to log in to MyAccount.  I tried to go through my email on that computer, and it requires log in to MyAccount.  Thought maybe it would work if I used Forgot Password, but it is giving me an error there, too.

How can I install the AVG product that I purchased when MyAccount is not recognizing my password on that computer?  (Yes, I made sure caps lock was off, and I tried multiple times to make sure I entered it correctly)
