I am writing this to you because I just recently purchased AVG protection for my desktop computer I was able to get the entire version that protects the internet as well as the files and I was very excited I was told that I could install it on for computers so I've been open my laptop open my email but I couldn't download the product for my email so I logged into my AVG site I saw my subscriptions and to the right there was still no verification key or purchase key I then click the links to download the products downloaded onto my laptop but they're saying that they're just a basic install and then I have to purchase the software before I can get any protection please get back to me as soon as possible thanks Ryan
