I bought AVG performance today and tried to install it. I have a copy of the freek trial on the computer, but it will not uninstall and the new one will not install. When I try to install the new (bought) version I get and error splash with the error code 0xe1f921. Any help would be appreciated.

I have AVG protection and AVG PC TuneUp (Free trail) on the computer and bought AVG performance multidevice today. The e-mail i recieved when i purchased said that all i needed to do was open up the free version and sign in and it would update from my account. Unfortunately, there is no location to sign in.
