Sorry, Zen is the interface for our multi-device programs. Without Zen you can't make use of AVG protection multi-device program.
Please be informed that there is no license number for this multi-device programs, it's installation is only by entering the AVG my account credentials.
As per our record you have purchased the subscription for AVG Protection multi-device (2 years subscription) and it expires on 7th June 2018.
When installing this program you will first get Zen interface installed and in that the AVG protection program will get installed.
If you don't have multiple computers and if you don't wish to use this multi-device program then you can get refund for this protection multi-device program and purchase a single license for AVG internet security program and install it on your PC.

I have bought a license for AVG protection, unlimited devices for two years and have registered this on the AVG website.
I don't need Zen (I don't want to link multiple computers) so I downloaded and installed the trial of AVG internet security without Zen. How do i activate this without a licence number? I tried the 'Myaccount' option which only opened a webbrowser with the AVG page but this did not activate my isntalled software
