Install Stalls at 52 %

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Do you mean that both Protection and Privacy got partially installed or only Privacy is partially installed?

Bought the product including AVG Protection. System is windows 10
Go to install and get the ZEN thing.
Click on the Protection tab and it starts an install on both the Protection and Privacy tabs.
2 hours latter it is at 52% and going nowwhere fast.
Internet speed is fine. Checked using different machine. System is wired not wireless.
Checked the task manager only to find the AVG app is doing nothing.
Been an AVG fan for years but this is disapointing to say the least.
Why is it taking so long? why can't we download the actual install rather than the partial?
Please help. Very frustrated.

Thank you for providing the error code Graeme. I would request you to follow the below mentioned instructions once:

I would request you to open your AVG Zen, please click on your email address that is displayed on the top right corner of your Zen and select the option as log out as admin then click on the same place where you had the email address and select the option as "Leave this Zen network" and confirm it by clicking ok. Again click on the same place and select the option as "Connect to an existing Zen network" and please enter your username and password correctly and then check whether your performance and protection getting installed correctly. Please do let us know the status of it. Thank you.
