Purchased Zen–tried to install over 2014.  Keep getting error message AVG firewall could not be stopped.  AVG on FB said to uninstall all AVG.  2014 will not uninstall.  Now your system does not recognize that I paid to upgrade to ZEN and I cannot install it on my computer.  Help?
