Hello John,

I understand that you are unable to install the paid version of AVG on your computer.

If you have the latest version of AVG AntiVirus free installed, you can reactivate teh product to pro version without reinstalling the new program.

Please open AVG AntiVirus free installed on your computer, click on My AVG->MySubscription. From here you can see an option to login to your AVG MyAccount. Login to your account to activate the product.

If you face any difficulties, please let us know and we will assist you further.

I upgraded from free AVG and tried to download my upgraded AVG only to get the message:

                                               Installation already in progress

                               Another AVG installation or update is in progress
                                                 (Error code:0xe001f921)
How can I fix this please?
