Click on My AVG->My Subscription.
Click on Enter license number.

My license was automatically renewed on 23/12/2017 for 2 computers (24 months) but I cannot re-activate my license. Your instructions tell me to open AVG program and select from Options menu butthe only icon on my desktop is for AVG Free (although I don't know how that got there as I had not asked for the free version for at least 8 years). What should I do?
