Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I certainly understand that you are getting error while installing our latest AVG Protection Free Multi-device program.
I request you to follow the below mentioned instructions once:
1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link:
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
My computer has Windows 10
When I install AVG_Protection_Free_1115 I get the following message:
“avguix.exe –Systemdefect”
“The program cannot start, because MSVCP110.dll is missing. Try to reinstall the program in order to resolve the problem.”
Errorcode: 0xC0070643
I have tried to reinstall the program many times, but it does not help.
Can you help me?
