Good morning - I'm having trouble getting the install process for AVG Ultimate to complete on my laptop.
I have downloaded and run the installation file, and it reaches the point of saying Installation Complete, a restart is needed. But when I press the Restart Now button, there is no response. The computer does not restart. I've tried manually restarting but, about 5-10 minutes after doing so, AVG pops up with a screen telling me that it needs to restarted my computer. If I restart again, the computer restarts, and 5-10 minutes later AVG pops up again saying that it needs to restart.
In addition, the Ultimate version never actually installs. I am still running Basic...
