Hello, during the installation process of avg pc tune up 2016, appears these error

Installation Error 0xC0070652

I searched the support articles and found and answer that says another update is in progress and I have to wait till the download process completes or I have to stop the other update and try again to install the avg. The question is I do not run anything except the installation of AVG. What's happening? Thanks

Please check the task manager again and see if any process of Windows installer running.
