Installation error - Code 0xe001f632

I experienced a problem during installation of the Free AVG Zen product.  I was told to contact support to fix the problem.  The error code was 0xe001f632.  Can I get some help with this problem?  I installed this product on another PC in my home and it worked fine.  I had a previous free version of the AVG software which I assumed would be updated with the newer product.
