Please follow those instructions to get in touch with them and you should be able to resolve your issue.

Any idea what the cause of the error is and how to fix it? It prevents me from installing PC Tune Up with AVG Zen…The Internet Security runs without problems in the free trial version with Windows 8.1 (x64 proc).
