Windows 8 installation of AVG Ultimate has failed several times with the same General Error 0xC0070643. I have followed AVG instructions - downloaded AVG Reset Access Tool - run then downloaded AVG Remover and run. I can log in to my AVG Account and it confirms I have purchased a two year license for AVG Ultimate which doesn't expire until February of 2017. Please help.
