What I see in "control panel" - programmes
AVG - AVG Technologies - installed 04/01/16 (that is actually the date I tried to uninstall) - 1.22.1.40089

Gianluca, Did you download & run the McAfee total removal tool… (http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe)?.

  • I biought a computer ASUS, operating system Windows 8.1 with McAfee built in, when the licence expired, I have installed AVG approximately one year ago, no problem found
  • In October 2015 i upgraded to Windows 10, thren I started to find problems when updsting AVG. Decided to uninstall McAfee and AVG and then reinstall AVG
  • Tried several times, error 0xC0070643
  • I have already tried AVG remover and AVG_BFEfix with no result
  • Please inform how to manage
