We are sorry to know that you are unable to install AVG. Please do not worry, you can remove the old traces of AVG installed in your computer and then install the product you have purchased. Please click on this link to download and run AVG remover tool http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Note: Once the removal of AVG is complete, go to C Drive and delete the AVG remover folder. After which you can install AVG.
