Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I certainly understand that you have already tried uninstalling and installing the program again but did you try uninstalling the AVG program using our AVG remover tool?

Still no progress even though I have completed and submitted the analysis tool. If this can't be resolved shortly I'm inclined to request a refund as the item was purchased because of the multi device capacity.

I request you to run AVG remover tool based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit) to completely remove AVG and then try to uninstall AVG Zen and you will be fine. To determine whether your OS is a 32-bit or 64-bit, please click on this link. http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/827218

I am trying to install my AVG protection to a new device but keep getting the samer installation failure error message. I have tried removing and re-installing as advised but still no success.

Are you able to offer any help?I have now used the AVG remover twice and it still will not install.

The product is not working as it should be

If you read what it says the uninstall tool will not work for avg zen i have avg zen installed and when i downloaded windows 10 which has its own antivirus windows defender this over rided avg zen and i am having the same problem just trying to uninstall avg lol it wont let me uninstall in control panel ?

I have the same problem.  Have tried reinstalling and also uninstalling/installing.  Get the same error code.  still not working…
