Regarding the disk defragmentation, please be informed that Disk defragmentation is a feature which helps us to store all the files in a single location to increase the speed of the search and performance of the computer. The scan depends on the number of files located in the drives and the disk space. Normally this process would take some time as it scans the entire disk to defragment the files.

I can't install AVG internet protection, it's showing the error 0xC0070005 is already in the collection? I uninstalled my old products, restarted and tried again and it's still showing the same error message. I've also been trying to run PC Tune up for 2 days and it gets stuck fixing disc fragmentation for hours until I finally give up and turn it off for the day.
Any help would be appreciated.
I suggest you cancel the process of defragmentation on AVG PC Tuneup main interface and right click on the settings icon (maintenance feature) skip the defragmentation option. Now, go to All functions feature( last component) -> Hard Disk -> Defragment Disk. Select the driver and choose "run a fast defragmentation". It will show you the time frame of the process. Please wait till the process gets completed.
