Installation failed. Error 0xC0070643.
This whole problem started with "Update Failed" which led to uninstalling etc. Now I can't re-install.
I have seen MULTIPLE posts & requests for this fix. I have done ALL the remove/reinstall procedures, Reset Access etc. NOTHING is working. Also did a System Restore to 4 days agoa when everything was working correctly.
So far NONE of AVG tech support staff (3 different persons) have been able to help.
I was told by one AVG tech to contact Microsoft, but I have read online it IS NOT a Microsoft issue.
Can someone please direct me to the proper fix for this?
To say I'm frustrated & disappointed with AVG atm is an understatement. I have used AVG Free for 5+ yrs with no problems. WT…?
